Cocktail Hour Your choice of Jazz, Contemporary Jazz, R&B, Easy Listening, Smooth Reggae or other choice music. A remote BME Sound System that will accommodate a crowd of up to 100 people is included.
Custom Event Planning A B.M. Entertainment associate will guide you through the event planning process. Complete with online planning forms, timelines and worksheets. The associate assigned to you will also work directly with your venue and act as your liaison throughout the planning process to ensure that your concepts and ideas are aligned with the venues expectations.
Dual 42" Flat Screen TV's Showcase your photo montage or video on our dual 42" flat screen TV's. Please note: production of photo montage or video is client's responsibility. Separate rates apply if B.M. Entertainment produces content. (See photo montage production option).
Event Emcee Includes an experienced and dynamic Emcee that will cover all of your event intros and announcements. In addition, games and activities that encourage crowd participation will be performed at your event.
Intelligent DMX Lighting Make your event one to remember with the "glam" of NYC Club Style Lights. Go All The Way!!
Photo Montage Production B.M. Entertainment will produce your photo montage for you. Photos must be submitted 30 days prior to event for timely turnaround.
Uplighting (Eight Light Bundle) Add the elegance of uplighting to your event by incorporating vibrant colors and mood lighting.
Uplighting (Four Light Bundle) Add the elegance of uplighting to your event by incorporating vibrant colors and mood lighting.
Wedding Ceremony DJ will play music for Prelude, Processional and Recessional. A two (2) hour rehearsal (the night before the wedding) and a professional sound system that will accommodate a crowd of up to 75 people with wireless microphone are included with this option.
